Reschedule, cancel, or postpone a service (subject to conditions in Article 9)

8.4 Suspension or Deletion of Account
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of non-compliance with these TOU or abusive use of the Site.

9. General Terms of Sale and Use (GTSU)

9.1 Purpose

These GTSU govern the sale of services and experiences offered on the Site by Naumachia Events Monaco SARL.

9.2 Services Offered
Services include packaged experiences and bespoke services.
Each service is described on the Site at the time of booking.

9.3 Booking and Payment
Bookings are made online on the Site.
Payment is full and immediate via the secure platform Sherlock / LCL.
The order is considered firm and final once payment is validated.

9.4 Cancellation and Refund
Users can cancel a booking:

Up to 15 days before the scheduled date: full refund
Less than 15 days: no refund except in cases of force majeure
Naumachia Events Monaco reserves the right to cancel a service if the number of participants is less than 2.
In that case, the client will be offered:
Either a free rescheduling
Or a full refund

9.5 Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, strike, accident, administrative decision, etc.), Naumachia Events Monaco will offer a free rescheduling of the service to a later date.

9.6 Pricing
Prices on the Site are in euros, all taxes included.
The Publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, but services will be billed based on the price at the time of booking.

9.7 Liability
Naumachia Events Monaco is not liable for inability to execute services due to force majeure, actions of the client, or third parties unrelated to the service.

9.8 Complaints
Complaints must be sent by email to contact@naumachia-events.com, including booking details and description of the issue.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices, TOU, and GTSU are governed by Monegasque law.
In case of dispute, the courts of Monaco have exclusive jurisdiction.
